 Right now creating a QAM cable lineup requires scanning for channels,
 exiting mythtv-setup and tuning to each channel and writing down the
 actual channel callsign, exiting mythfrontend and editing each channel
 with the actual callsign in mythtv-setup, and then removing channels you
 can't get from your datadirect lineup, and finally running
 mythfilldatabase.

 With this patch you will no longer need to re-enter mythtv-setup, since by
 hitting 'E' in LiveTV you can edit the channel callsign and other basic
 params directly.
