 Patch contains two fixes. One part fixing a problem with multiple private
 data streams when PMT-scannning for DVB teletext captions. Current
 solution scans only the first found private data stream in PMT. I have
 PMT-s with an empty private data stream descriptor before a second one
 containg my teletext descriptors.
 Second part fixes an old bug in ProcessDVBDataPacket(). Current version
 hits VERBOSE(...) with filler packets.
