 2528_setupDTVSigmon_by_SIstandard_DVB_v2.diff changes the sistandard of
 dvb multiplexes with networkid 0 or NULL to mpeg.

 If it was a valid dvb multiplex using the reserved value 0 as networkid a
 rescan of that transport is necessary. The rescan unfortunately doesn't
 update the old multiplex but inserts a new dvb multiplex. The channels are
 updated to the new multiplex.
