 If MythMusic contains songs with genre that has scandinavic characters
 (e.g. "Iskelmä"), Mythweb music fails to handle this kind of genre.

 When selecting Browse Music -> By Genre, this genre is correctly displayed
 in drop-down list. Then when it is selected from the list, next page shows
 "Browse >> Iskelm?" and the song list is empty.

 This should be fairly simple to fix, unfortunately I'm quite unaware of
 Ajax/JavaScript/WebEncoding techniques.
