Comment:

 (In [11396]) Current svn versions of ffmpeg have changed the meaning of
 the -b parameter
 to mean bits/s rather than Kbits/s. This patch just adds the 'k' suffix to
 the
 parameter which seems to work with both older versions of ffmpeg as well
 as
 current svn. Fixes #2451.
