 ATSC/DVB Issue -

 There are some stations here with incomplete Virtual Channel Tables; these
 tables only list some of the channels on the transport; MythTV stops
 scanning once it finds a VCT, ignoring the extra programs in the
 transport.

 The channel works if manually added to the database (serviceid=<program>,
 atsc_major_chan=0, atsc_minor_chan=0)
