Log:

Move the "Change Recording Group" and "Change Playback Group" options on the
INFO popup menu on the Watch Recordings screen.  This commit moves these from
under the "Recording Options" submenu to the "Storage Options" submenu.  This
is where they are listed on the scheduled recording editor screen so it makes
more sense to put these under Storage Options on this creen as well.

Also get rid of the long description of preserve and auto-expire in the
Storage Options popup.  It wasn't all fitting on the popup anyway because of
wrapping issues.
