 MultiChoice Africa only provides now/next over EIT, but it's accurate for
 last-minute scheduling changes. The same data is made available across all
 transponders.

 This patch is in two parts. The first allows the EIT scanner to update
 syndicatedepisodenumber (required for the actual fixup). The second is the
 fixup.
