Fixes #2643. Fix channel/encoder changing for cards with multiple inputs

Sends the start channel as additional parameter in SpawnLiveTV
increments MYTH_PROTO

saves the default input in ChannelBase::StoreInputChannels()

removes direct DB interaction from the frontend
