 This patch implements state based help for the video renderer, osd
 renderer, deinterlacer and osd fade settings in the playback profile
 editor window.

 The help strings are just dummy/placeholders at the moment, I need to pull
 some accurate descriptions from the wiki or mailing list etc.

 I will gladly accept help strings and incorporate them into an updated
 patch.

 I intend for this to allow the help string to warn when particular
 settings are used. Like that xshm doesn't support video scaling etc.
