 [15077] sort of broke the MythGallery with blootubelite-wide theme.
 Attached is a patch that fixes the layout and moves the help texts a bit
 lower in the screen.

 While doing the update I noticed that there should be up/down icons but
 those were too far right and never visible. Those icons are also moved so
 that they are now visible.

 This is my first patch related to themes.. There might be some issues
 (resolutions, ...) that I haven't taken into account.
