Comment:

 (In [15126]) Fixes #4269. Deinterlaces pause frame if we're not using a
 frame doubling deinterlacer.


 Markus Schulz's patch didn't work with bobdeint so I changed the patch to
 retain the old non-deinterlaced paused frame for frame doubling
 deinterlacers. But it appears there is no harm using the other
 deinterlacers with the pause frame so those are now applied to the pause
 frame.
