 audiooutput_dx is broken: it creates high CPU utilization and sometimes
 deadlocks.

 Since Windows "MultiMedia" audio (which is being used by audiooutput_win)
 has all the necessary capabilities, including DTS pass-through and
 multichannel audio support, there is no real reason to use DirectX for
 audio output at all.

 This patch will change the default to Windows MM audiooutput.
