 Somewhere between 12431 and 12730 a change went in which breaks tuning to
 a different channel on a different tuner and cardinput. In other words,
 while in LiveTV cardid 1 I switch to cardid 2, which has a defaultinput of
 1, input 2 channel 110 myth instead tunes to cardinput.startchan for input
 1. I believe this change was related to quicktune, specifically in
 tv_rec.cpp GetDTVChannel(), but I'm not entirely certain.

 Frontend, backend and sql log portions attached.
