#3071: Only one mux gets tuned on system that used to work

 Hello,

mythtv is not capable of tuning channels anymore on my system. HW has not
changed and I have been using mythtv for a couple of years on this HW. The
channel editor does not show any signal/noise ratio while tuning, and it
puts out a lot of errors like "Found Channel but it doesn't match existing
tsid. You may want to delete existing chann...". I can't say when this has
broken, mythtv has been running so nicely for long that I've never needed
 to re-tune channels.

It is able to find one mux though. And the channels on it. It is the mux
number 3 on our cable provider's table here:
http://dvb.swelcom.fi/cable.php. Too bad the normal channels I watch are
 not on that mux.

Other side effect here is that current trunk trashes my dtv_multiplex
table. After two scans I now have 603 entries there, where as .20 from
ubuntu repos creates only the needed 20+ muxes. Few days ago my
dtv_multiplex table had about 32k entries!

Please tell me what info I can provide more from my system to help
clearing this one out. I am willing to debug if needed (and told howto...
 :) )

This same happens on up-to-date ubuntu 6.10's latest mythtv packages and
trunk version of today, week old and few weeks old. And I have nuked my
existing mysql mythconverg database before trying different versions. My
HW is two Terratec Cinergy 1200-C cards and I am able to watch TV with old
version of my mythconverg database from backups, and with xine and VDR.
Also dvb "scan" utility can produce a channels.conf file. Mythtv just
can't. So HW should be ok.

I will attach a complete log of standard output of mythtv-setup, and my
mux table after trying to tune. This is taken after I nuked mythconverg
database, and did fresh install of todays trunk (Revision: 12770).
