 Well, the patch doesn't fix the problem *but* dropping the number further
 from 14 to 12 does.  (I didn't try 13.)  FYI, it works at 10 too and to be
 honest, with about a 10 minute workout I couldn't see any difference
 between 10 and 12.

 This doesn't seem like quite the right thing to do from a general purpose
 perspective but it does make 1080i decode work on the CN400 chipset for
 now.  THANKS!  I'll use it for now but be available to test future
 proposed patches.
