Log:

Add an option to use Xv for rendering of video frames in both the live
and event views in MythZoneMinder. There's a new setting to choose which 
rendering system to use (OpenGL or Xv). If an appropriate Xv adapter cannot
be found then it will fall back to using software scaling and display using 
XImage.
