 (In [12402]) Refs #1648. Further improvements for FireWire Recorders.

  * Reworks avcinfo to remove some code duplication.
  * Starts port handling thread when thread is opened, not when streaming
 is started. This is needed to handle status messages such as bus resets.
  * removes QString::toULongLong() call for older Qt implementations.
