Log:

Rewrite the lyngsat spider to use an sqlite database, which will form the backbone of the web-based channel icon lookup app for mythtv.org.  Also re-spidered lyngsat and rebuilt the stations.txt file.  I also discovered that there are some /corp/ and /radio/ icon links at lyngsat, so I've rebuilt the baseurl and networktourl files to allow the macros to access those images, too.  A *lot* of work will be needed to get the station info database up to par, but I'll be trying to automate as much of the import as possible.
