 Currently there is no way to do any grouping of the videos in MythVideo,
 other than creating folders for each group and use tree view mode with
 folders.

 This patch adds grouping of videos by 'genre' and 'category' based on
 metadata stored in database. Patch is against latest SVN HEAD revision
 12659.
