 (In [14069]) Refs #2287. Restores ApproveDeintFilter() check in
 VideoOutput::SetupDeinterlace().

 ApproveDeintFilter() got in the way of testing the display profile code,
 but is still needed when no matching profile is found for a particular
 video.
