 Recently, the Default view for MythVideo stopped working - in setup I
 select "List" view, but MythVideo comes up with "Gallery" View.

 Commit 14047 changed the numeric codes for (Browse / Gallery / Tree) from
 (0 / 1 / 2) to (1 / 2 / 4) but this change was not reflected in the setup
 dialog.  The attached patch fixes this.
