 1. use a generic download address for sourceforge and let them decide
 which mirror is best. This is as simple as telling curl to follow
 redirects.

 2. add an option to *not* eject the build image when the script is done.
 I've been developing/debugging on my Mac and it's a major annoyance to
 have my source tree ejected after each build!
