 Only if you don't pay for the service, as it would be theft of services,
 if you pay and only pickup FTA over the cables (which is most BBC
 channels) then you'll only be in breach of T&Cs with Virgin Media for
 using unapproved hardware on their network. Last I recalled you can't go
 to jail for breaking T&Cs.
