 Runtime parsing used to find the first instance of the string "USA:" and
 try to interpret what followed as a run time.  This patch fixes this
 behavior, restricting the match to the runtime section of the page.
 Additionally, this patch adds a user-editable priority list of countries
 to look for.  This list can in the future also be used to parse other
 country-specific attributes.
