Comment:

 (In [12911]) adds support for saving the language ID for TS streams.
 Closes #3145.
 Note that ticket 3145 refers to DVD, and so mytharchive would need to be
 enhanced to support the audio language.
 Also, audio tags are only supported for TS streams, so until I add support
 for auto-detecting ouput format, you must run mythtranscode with '-e ts'
 to preserve the audio language tags
