 Setup card first, then attempt to scan for channels says "Failed to open
 the card". This is with 13445. Only error on shell is  SWiz, Error:
 SetPage(): type(0) src(0) pcardid(0) not handled

 Hardware is Airstar, but I'm unsure if it's with all DVBs. Analog card
 (bttv) works fine.
