 (In [14453]) Refs #2287. Two bug fixes from Stanley Kamithi for software
 filtering config.

 1st/ we called VideoDisplayProfile::IsFilterAllowed() with the filter
 value rather than the correct renderer.
 2nd/ The editable ComboBox is a little buggy so we're returning to a
 LineEdit for now.
