Log:

various build system cleanups

don't set the same flags to both QMAKE_C*FLAGS_{RELEASE|DEBUG}
don't override flags set in settings.pro
test for X86 32bit arch to free registers in libavutil and libavcodec
don't override the optimization level for profile builds in libavcodec
libavutil builds without optimizations for compile-type=debug
