 (In [14577]) Refs #843. fix PIP positioning problems with the "start a
 recording as a pip feature".
 also resolve some compile problems after last merge from mythtv-vid.
 will merge current mythtv-pip branch back to mythtv-vid later today.
 will continue working on picture by picture and xvmc pip support in
 mythtv-pip.
