Log:

A temporary workaround for a scaling problem with mythgallery or any other screen which attempts to pre-scale images based on the size of the target.

Change to the way we react to mouse clicks on button items, first click selects the item and a second click triggers any associated action.

Complete the additional images stuff for mythuibuttonlistitem.
