Clarifications, minor corrections, etc.

 * 'mv -R *.* blah', doesn't work in Linux when directory names don't have extensions...
 * Added some basic instructions on setting a password for the website. It's *Strongly Recommended* but we just told people to look at a man page... Obviously not a problem for people setting up web servers for breakfast, but I've added the commands to type for you're average joy installing mythtv.
 * Pointed out a2ensite, a2enmod -- added to the list of modules needed (Ubuntu doesn't install as many by default as whatever distro[s] was/were used by xris/kormoc. )
