 Instead of copying capture cards explicitly in the database, create
 multiple copies in mythbackend depending on the value
 simultaneous_recordings column during init.

 This will make the distinction of real/'virtual' tuners universally know
 in mythtv and allows to hide 'virtual' recorders easily from the UI,
 scheduling simultaneous recordings from one multiplex always on the same
 real capture card.
