Comment:

 (In [15724]) Fixes #4565. Scales preview images when they are fetched from
 a remote backend.

 When the preview image size default was changed recently scaling was added
 for only one of the places where preview images are loaded, this adds
 similar resizing code to the other place (and places some common code in
 the calc_preview_size() function.)
