Log:

Refs #4410. dvdnav highlight_area function only selects the button from 
group 1. the "normal" button group may be any of the other 3 button 
groups. implementation obtained from xine. also implement some checks 
suggested by stuartm that help prevent the drawing of a button if the 
bitmap information is wrong.
