 The attached patch causes duplicate and deactivated entries to, by
 default, not show up in Upcoming Recordings. This results in a cleaner
 display that still contains all the information most people will need.
 People who really want to see duplicates and deactivated entries can of
 course reenable it with the checkboxes, but my guess is that few wwill.
