 Patches for:
 1. correct target path for some dynamic libraries
 2. release versions of mythfrontend, mythtv and mythwelcome are marked as
 "GUI subsystem" (will not create console window)
 3. changes in main.cpp of the same apps to simulate redirected
 stdout/stderr handles so that they actually write to log file
