 Current "intelligent ordering" seems to have side effects (these days I
 always get 4 stars whereas I have many 8 to 10 stars ratted songs).

 Idea in this patch is to compute weights for each song, then compute a
 random order, balanced with the computed weights.

 Note: this patch does not use the "IntelliRandomWeight", so if it is
 accepted, the GUI and database need to be updated to remove this option.
