 svn rev 16196 (latest today)

 note: these directories do not get created by win32-packager.pl
 c:\mythtv\myththemes\
 c:\mythtv\mythplugins\
 because the directories do not get created the script fails to grab source
 for them.
 If you manually create said directories the script is able to grab the
 source successfully.
