Log:

Closes #4308. Enhances DVB Component Descriptor parsing

Extends the parsing to AVC/H.264 and AC3, HE-AAC stream types
and uses the extended subtitle, audio and video properties from [13952].

The subtitle / closed captioning parsing of eit descriptions in eitfixup.cpp
is only converted and does not use the extended attributes from [13952].

Some of the audio properties are only written to the database
but are not shown in any user visible place.
