Log:

Add script processing into our devdocs. Dopxygen 1.5.4 has some problems
with MythWeb's .php files (the body of the file is empty after the header),
and doesn't process Perl or Shell files, but I think having easy access
to the source of those in a browser is worth a few seconds extra processing.
Also including a hacky patch which adds (poor) Perl sub processing to Doxygen.
