 This patch adds the "FINDER" and "GUIDE" bindings to the "TV Frontend"
 context and modifies guidegrid.cpp and progfind.cpp to respond to them.
 This allows the user to popup the Program Finder using the "Finder"
 keybiding while on the Program Guide when the option Allow channel jumping
 in guide is enabled.
