 ProgFinder::showGuide() does emit accept() after showing the Guide Grid
 which causes the Program Finder to be exitted.  I'm not sure right now
 which way should be the standard right now, but they both should act
 similar.

 I vote for GuideGrid::showProgFinder() to emit accept(); the way
 ProgFinder::showGuide() behaves, in which one ESCAPE is sufficient, is
 clearly the norm within MythTV.
