 This patch extends the idea of showing unavailable channels in the channel
 column with a "X" buy giving those channels a different theme-able color.
 It also prevents the guide from closing if you select an unavailable
 channel. In order for this to work, the following needs added to your
 theme in the "guide" container:

 <unavailablecolor>#ff0000</unavailablecolor>
