Log:

For Channel Recording Priorities, Include the callsigns in the
list. Use the 'inactive' (grey) font for channels not marked as
visible. Repair regressions from 14943. Restore sourceid numbers.
Simplify queires as source names can be found per video source
rather than per channel.
