Comment:

 I'm going to need a 'mythbackend -v record,channel,siparser' log from both
 a success and a failure performing the same task. And I'm going to need to
 know what diseqc 1.2 equipment you are controlling. (Rotors, LNBs,
 Switches?)

 Does this happen on channel changing? (if so does it matter if a rotor
 must turn, switch must change state, LNB must switch from high to low,
 etc.)

 Does this happen on the start channel? (i.e. when first starting LiveTV,
 before you change channels?)
