 I've attached a patch to add options for VBR encoding, cropping, and
 deinterlacing (can't remember if that applies for .nuv, but it's there
 anyway) when transcoding nuv to mpeg2 in mythburn.py. I don't know if
 others will find this useful, but I've done it and might as well put it
 out there. It's been working well for over a year exporting many of my
 nupplevideo files with a custom encoding profile.
