Comment(by wstewart at hgrace.com):

 Oh I forgot, one other thing the patch does is remove "None defined" for
 the cast.  If no cast is defined (ie. none at imdb), then "None defined"
 is shown when browsing videos.  I prefer nothing to be shown.
