Log:

Merge [17263] from trunk.

Allow you to enable/disable a camera and to change a camera's Monitor function
from mythzoneminder's console screen.

Patch from jim (at) jimntreen (dot) com

NOTE: changes the protocol version so both mythzmserver and all clients need
to be updated.
