 Since the QT4 merge lirc does not work with mythwelcome.

 It works fine with mythfrontend and mythtv-setup and claims to initialise
 with mythwelcome: ''"lirc init success using configuration file:
 /home/mythtv/.lircrc"''

 The code looks identical and I have been unable to change anything to make
 it work.  This is with latest svn.
